Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
Noir Digital ("we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://noirdigital.online, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and — for visitors in the EU/UK — the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Information we collect
Details you give us. When you submit our contact / free-audit form, we collect the information you enter: your name and email address (required), and optionally your company, phone number and website URL, together with the message you send us.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data in server logs — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and reliable.
No tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Because of this, our site does not require a cookie-consent banner.
How we use your information
We use the details you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver your requested website audit, and communicate with you about our services. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Service providers we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
Formspree — delivers your contact-form submissions to our inbox. Form data is transmitted to and processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States). See Formspree's privacy policy.
Vercel — hosts and serves this website. Vercel Inc. (United States) processes the technical/server-log data described above. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Because these providers are based in the United States, submitting the form involves a cross-border transfer of your information. Each provider maintains its own safeguards for handling personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep the details you submit only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email us at noirdigitalweb@gmail.com.
If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator, or — if you are in the EU/UK — your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the latest version will always be available at https://noirdigital.online/privacy.
